Need more shake options

I went to the drive thru and there was a sign that said out of order and pull up to the window. So I pulled up to the window and I waited 5 min and nobody never came to the window. And there was an Arby's employee in the parking lot talking to somebody. So if I really wasn't wanting a beef n cheddar sandwich I would've left so I went in side. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and there was nobody in front line. They only had 2 people working. I was fixing to leave then somebody finally came to the front. I had to wait 10 min for my food. I'm am very upset I had to go thru all that. Other than that the food was really good. Thanks
