Food and service was excellent however the attitude of the employees was the opposite.

We could go to the Arby's in Northampton Crossing PA which is closer but we haven't received good service for quite some time. The associates don't seem to care or notice you if you need service. We go to the Wind Gap PA location b/c of the service we receive. The food is hot, service is quick. If there is a delay, they bring the food to us. They show the upmost respect for their customers.

Our food was hot and tasty. I did not, however, get a receipt for this order. I usually take the survey, but cannot without that proof of purchase.

We used the drive thru b/c we had our Pomeranian with us. The associates come outside when I walked over and asked for water. The service and food was great.

We waited over 20 minutes for our food. When we got home (a 5 min. drive), the sandwiches and fries were almost cold, but the turnovers were fresh and delicious.

The staff was a bit slow and quiet so I couldn't hear them and my order wound up messed up so definitely not my best experience.
