I went to Arby's a Few Weeks ago, about 21:00 at night. They didn't have the item I Ordered; So the Manager asked me if she could get Me something else? I agreed on Something Else. The Manager Said She was SORRY; I Can come back later and get what I Originally Ordered.She said she was Putting my Name in Her books! So I Did. The Manager Said I Don't know what you are talking about! I Didn't Argue; I said ok and went somewhere else for Lunch. Not Happy about that! I DIDN'T MAKE IT UP! BUT I'M THE LYRE.

My chicken sandwich was not cooked all the way. I was very unhappy with this experience.
