The food isn't very good and it's SO expensive!

I bought a specific menu item, and they forgot my order. I went to remind the cashier and spent 10 minutes waiting. Then after waiting I get my food, only to notice that they gave me the wrong order and had to drive back. I never got a receipt, and the staff was very rude.
