When ordering there seemed to be a difficulty with the cashier understanding what I wanted but we got it sorted out.

Wonderful service! Although slow the food was fresh and a great deal over "happy hour."

They were doing major construction so it was really hard to tell it was open, and they didn't put a sign up until the next day.

5 piece chicken tender meal needs more than one sauce served with it

Took about 5 minutes to make my chicken tenders, it was 10 at night tho.. I still would expect it to be a little faster. It's unfortunate I got hot fresh chicken tenders, and old and soggy curly fries. :(

We really like getting roast beef sandwiches and the hot ham and swiss at Arby's. The food is great and the service is too. My husband likes to ring the bell after we eat to let the staff and patrons know we had great service.
