The level of service at this Arby's was fantastic! I expected to step back up to the counter to get my sandwich, but they brought it to me. They remembered me, made me feel welcomed, and it truly seemed as if that it was a family atmosphere. Food was delicious, and I love love love the peach brisk green tea.

The system was malfunctioning which kept me from ordering. When I ordered they were not ready to put in the cold that went along with the text message I received from them. Then they did not ring my order correctly, causing me to have to get a refund. After I got the food and everything was fine and the young man who took my order was very polite. The systems I was told to go down often there. Please have that looked into as that can cause me to take my business elsewhere.

Food was good, but service is always slow here.
