The service was somewhat quick. But the cashier was apparently new and repeated my order correctly but entered it incorrectly so I was given wrong food. When I did get the order right, I felt extremely ripped off. Arby's not nearly like it used to be. Doesn't taste as good and value has gone downhill. I saw other menu items that looked appetizing bit based on the price, I'd be too worried about getting ripped off even worse than today. Extremely disappointing. Another childhood favorite gone down hill to save a dime. Customers don't mind paying $3-$4 for a sandwich if it's worth it but that was clearly not the case today
