Needed new tires. They made it painless and got it done for less money than many other retailers. The staff was friendly and they guy the job on time as promised

Timely service, took me in the evening and got it done when I needed it. Told me it'd take 45mins, and it got done in 45mins.

Made an appointment but still took 1.5 hours to change my oil. That's too long! But the worker was so friendly that it mostly made up for it.

We always go to Firestone because we have a card with them just wished that the merchandise was a little cheaper
