Ordered to go for a later meal that evening. Service was prompt. Clerk was friendly and took order and immediately gave it to the making line. There was one question they had to verify to get order correct but in the end sandwich was made correctly.

I had a bad experience with this Jimmy Johns. I called to place an order to be delivered because I did not want to get out in the rain and my significant other was not feeling well. The employee on the phone assured me that our location (3 miles away) was in range of delivery. We gave the credit card information and the order was placed. 20 minutes later we get a call and we were informed that our order could not be delivered. Having already paid for my food, I had to get out and go pick it up. I was in no way compensated for this inconvenience and to top it all off, my sandwich did not have all the toppings I ordered. I will be hesitant to ever eat here again.
