Took a little longer than usual but the bread was good.

The customer service was horrible! When waiting for my sub there was a worker that was cleaning the glass by the counter and just stood in front of us as we waited and talked to his coworkers. Then as I get about 3/4 of the way through my sub I noticed a long black hair that was as if it was almost baked into the bread somewhat at the end of my sandwich. I asked for a refund and they refused because I had eaten too much of my sub.
