They have very long wait times. I had an appointment time set and it still was going to take one hour and thirty minutes.

Very slow and take too long for oil change it's pretty ridicules that people have to wait for 4 hours for an oil change. I only go there because of my work truck. I would never take my personal car for any kind of service.
