Always pleased with Jimmy John's!

I always know I can get my food quickly if I'm in a rush!

This location is right by my office. I know that I can always get my food quickly here. Honestly, their meat can be hit or miss. Today's sandwich was great, but sometimes it's like it wasn't stores properly and has an odd taste.

Good. But they need to have more options for sauces like subway does.

Decent sandwich but roast beef too done and has a flavoring with distorts true roast beef taste. I thought the sandwich was good but not gourmet as advertised. Not sure what sets them in a high level. Also, napkins were not offered and only available on other side of counter where sandwich is picked up.

Fast service. They realized they forgot to cut the sandwich per request and fixed it before we left.
