Reid yarger was so nice and helpful! Instead of trying to trick me into buying a new tire like most places usually do, Reid was honest & said he was able to repair my tire. I really appreciated this, especially since it was at the end of the day and was snowing really bad. I had a great experience and will definitely recommend Firestone and Reid to everyone who needs help with their car during this terrible michigan winter.
