New tires!! ??

After having to wait 2 hours, I paid & received a diagnostic result that was extremely unhelpful to me. My car is still having the same issues. I got there at 8a and was told to wait for 30-45 minus however after getting up to ask about my car at 9:40 am and seeing customers who came in after me leave before me; my irritably grew tremendously. Unacceptable customer service interaction or engagement Very displeased customer
