Had to buy more expensive part due to availability

My boyfriend took his car in for a tire rotation....we dropped it off around 11 and they told us the car would be ready by 2 so we came back at 2:30 and they had not even started with the car. We were very upset! He didn't have time so he just took it back with him without any service done to it!

I wasn't acknowledged and wen I was he treated me as if I were a little kid..not polite at all
