Went to the Firestone on Western St in Amarillo TX And I had such friendly staff and a woman named Taylor D was so sweet and helpful, came back home to Arlington and had a completely opposite experience. The staff kept ignoring us and when they did help us they looked like they were trying to rush us. I was very disappointed
