It had been a long while since I visited a Potbelly. I mentioned that during my order and I also asked if there was a soup pairing option with a sandwich. She stated that everything in the menu is ala-cart. I got both anyway. When paying for my meal there were no trays available and I asked for one and she said "this side of the register is out" So I brought my food to the table. As I ate my soup I noticed on the soup cup" skinny pair it up, soup and sandwich" I ate my delicious sandwich that dripped oil from the hot peppers on the paper. Yum! But difficult to throw away with out a tray. This wasn't a horrible experience, however I can't help but notice the younger generation is much less helpful. And I'm not old! This hasn't changed my view of Potbelly's. I'm sharing my feedback to make Potbelly's better! The food can't get any better.
