Good info for future purchase

I called to see if my car could drop off my car and pick it up later. One of the employees said yes, I get there just for them to tell me it will be done most likely tomorrow. I got. Call throughout the process to let me know this is what your car needs, I said I want the coupon special the employee mentioned that included the cheap of the cheap stuff. So then I had to go for something higher and ended paying more than I expected.Fortunately I get a call 45 mins before the close to let know the car was done.

This location always has the longest lines. I wait and wait and wait and no one is ever able to help me. In addition every time I go there is a six hour wait for the car.
