Schlotzsky's

I enjoy the variety of menu options at Schlotzsky's. The food is well prepared. The manager or owner is very careful in gluten free preparation, so this has become a new family favorite for my gluten intolerant one.

Great food

We are somewhat frequent customers because they serve gluten free bread. Last visit the new worker did not seem to follow gluten-free safeguards, and my daughter got sick from cross contamination. I alerted the clerk to the situation, and he talked with the kitchen staff. I noticed that she did clean her gloves. She did not seem to follow all of the practices that the manager outlined, but my daughter did not get sick.
