I was very disappointed with the service I received. I went in wanting a particular sandwich. I didn't see it on the menu, so I asked the cashier if it was possible for me to order it even though it wasn't on the menu. She told me no and that the sandwich I was looking for was probably a limited time option. I ended up ordering something else and sat down at a table to wait for my order. While I was waiting, I looked at one of their paper menus and noticed the sandwich I had wanted (mixed cheese sandwich) was listed as a kid's meal option. This really upset me because even though I'm not a child, the staff there should have known how to make it and should have been willing to let me order it. I also really think that this particular sandwich should be added back to the regular menu... I know many people who go to Schlotzky's strictly to get the cheese sandwich. Without that, there's no reason for them to go.

The pizza was super greasy

The chicken salad with pecans and cranberries was great, however the smokes turkey sandwich was not so good
