Clean store but slow associates. The line to order always moves slow

The store was clean but very busy and not staffed well enough. The wait time was longer than normal, one of the associates kept answering the phone instead of filling orders

Employees weren't very friendly, 1 person ahead of me yet stood in line for 10 min while my sandwich got cold setting on the counter waiting for completion. A bit slow.

I don't understand something. A BLT, when you order a BLT why do they not automatically put "L" and "T" on it. Their website says something like a combination of three perfect ingredients which tells me they should automatically put BLT on a BLT.

This restaurant is always clean except it's small. The staff is always friendly even when they are under stress and there are a lot of customers in line waiting. Sometimes the phone calls to this establishment interrupt the servicing line for us customers waiting! Overall, my experience here is USUALLY a positive One. I also like when I get coupons in the mail for special offers from this establishment.

Sometimes understaffed & if the phone rings for an order they make the customers in the store WAIT!

The manager at this Subway is very rude and not very friendly she barely smiles!
