I was really dissatisfied with the way the employee handled the opening of the store.myself and three other customers arrived at 7 am on 8/20/2015 . The store opens at 8 am but we got there to start lining up well by 8 am more customers were there by now and as soon as the door was unlocked and one of the customers that got there last move to the front of the line. When I brought it up to your employee Williams. He just told me to calm down that my vehicle was being moved into the bay's also. That was not my point , he did not even care that one customer made his way to the front of the line. He just kept saying they were going to get me out to. If this is the type of business discount tires wants to allow customers to move to the front of the line then I will no longer do business with discount tires. I have 5 vehicles and I have been a loyal customer to discount but after today . I feel that I will just start going to Firestone . The manager at Firestone has tried to get my business for years .
