I went to redeem a coupon for a free cookie, and I must say that I do not like the way management looks and acts towards me when I come in there. Also it seems they get very frustrated when I come into use a coupon, sometimesthey don't even like to give me my receipt at the end of my transaction. I think it's rude and uncalled for. But the employees are nice, they always give me a positive experience it's just the management that I have a problem with?
