Food tastes old and all around gross

Very unhappy. An employee had her kids in the restaurant and they were out of control. She waited a very long time before she even did anything to TRY and control them, which was unsuccessful. I understand that sometimes there is no other option but to have your kids at work, but don't do it if you can't make your kids behave!
