The housekeeping staff could not understand what we were asking them and the bathtub would not drain.

Liked everything but was disappointed that they didn't pick up from Dulles airport even though they advertised they did airport pick up.

Staff was rude. Hotel is over priced and is not worth the money for a below average stay. No hot tub. Pool closed. Room is small and dirty.
