It was bad made an appointment but when I got there they said they had no time to help me. I asked some people that was waiting there if they had made appointments and 3 of the 5 said no they were walk ins. My appointment was for 4:30 and I got there at 4:00 and they had no time for my car but had time for 3 walk ins. I think that might be that last time I will go there. They said if I was there at 3 my car would have been done. But why did you tell me to come at 430

It was the same thing got there they say can't see my car so I left. I am very upset that I went back to the same thing

This was the 3ed time I made a appointment and when I got there they told me there was no room for my car. I was not happy with them befor but this is it. Why do you have people make appointments when you can not take the cars. They have to do something about this.
