Excellent staff--desperately in need of bathroom upgrades!!! Drains and handles need attention . Sinks were grungy--rooms were beaten--I stayed in 3 rooms over 3 weeks... Heating and cooling crazy

The ballroom was FREEZING. Cold air was blasting out of the ceiling the entire time. Everyone was frozen. Staff was informed and situation was not made better.
