went to get an economy car and it used way more gas then wanted. was only driving 45 miles and it used a quarter tank....gggrr

Customer service was excellent however, no one mentioned to is that we were going to need proof of residents other than license. No one explained to us that there was a $200 deposit on top of car rental with debit card. We were tired as we had not slept for hours and to have to deal with all of this unnecessary business hopala made it extremely more exhausting.
