having a great stay during our vacation

Stain on floor. Nightlight blinking all night. Spa closed. Hole in blanket. Small room uncomfortable beds. Highly dissatisfied

Staff was rude and didn't provide towels or bedding. was not given right room. Hotel had no internet. Lots of broken things
