Good service and easy to drop off even though no one was in the office on that day

The vehicle I reserved was not available. After 2 hrs, I was offered a different vehicle. The car was very nice, but not as suited to my needs as the vehicle I requested. The staff was apologetic. I was 2 hours late as a result of waiting for my rental. The staff was especially nice about everything.
