The location on Broadway which I visited was great. I had a very unpleasant experience with the Stapleton manager over the phone, she hung up in my face and then refused to rent my reservation so I had to go through the Broadway office.

The car took a while to be ready but the staff was super friendly, and even picked me up. It was great. Brandon helped with all my paperwork during check in and was super professional and welcoming.
