I had better service dropping bit off, the girl was much nicer than the last one I dealt with. nice, quick drop off, good location

Had a bad experience with a snarky sales associate who was no help. I had a reservation for 6:00 and called at 4:45 about a pick up. I was told they don't pick up after 5:00 because of Dallas traffic, but I was only 1.9 miles away with no need to get on the highway but she still wouldn't help me out. I was told I should called Uber for a ride. Then also told I had to be there at 5:45 because they close at 6:00. I asked then why was 6:00 pick up an option and all she said was she didn't create the website. worst service I've received in a long time.
