Good food, slow service

The new drive-thru machine was really neat. It was a touch screen you could choose your menu items on, and save your previous orders via phone number. When we pulled up to the window though, we were not greeted for at least 5 minutes. I honestly thought they had forgotten or didn't realize they had a drive-thru order. Finally, they came to the window. Food was good, I thought the price was a little high.
