The store was obviously short-staffed, the line was out the door and the 2 employees working looked very stressed. I asked for a little extra mayo on my sandwich and was shocked when she put on what looked like 1/2 cup!!! There was no reason to do this. She never smiled and I found her to be very unpleasant. It doesn't take much effort to smile even when you're busy.
