omg the polices changed and it was not explained to me what the new police was the guy just keep pointing to the mat where it was repeatedly until it told him I can read what was written he could not answer any of my questions l had to call another location for help the only reason I went there was because my car was classified a total loss by USAA drive the added stress and rudeness by enterprise assistant manger was unwelcome
