Friendly service. Like that they pick up & drop off at auto body shop. Service was slow at times when it came to car selection & availability at the beginning & shuttle service at the end.

They are good at hiding details you don't think to ask, good business tactic not good for consumers

I find it odd that I was promised one car when I arrived but my rep took so long another rep gave my car I was promised away. I have to have a GM product so I could take the old beaten up car in the parking lot, pay for an upgrade to the sparking new camero or wait for someone to return a chevy. So I waited. I was sick as could be, had a fever, and even asked to do an upgrade as I had previously been promised due to a precious car had transmission issues. I was advised the previous manager lady lied to me she couldn't authoriZe a free upgrade so either I pay or I wait. So I waited. I was there over an hour.
