Comfortable

Cleaning was just average. There was a murky smell (just like most hotels), AC in one of our rooms did not work and we had to be given a different room down the hall, we got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes (which felt like much longer), and the floors seemed gross but that is to be expected at a hotel. Overall it was a good stay. Not great, but decent enough.

Very good customer service!

Person at front desk very helpful and accommodating to our four month old baby. Hotel room very nice. Sheets had ink stains, but were clean.
