I showed up at 6:10 on a tow truck with a blown out spare. I had called a couple of times while I was waiting for AAA because I knew they closed at 6 and I knew I was cutting it close. They told me just to get it there and they would take care of me. I was still really nervous because I knew it was after 6. I got there and everyone took really good care of me and my car. The man who had helped me even stopped me from accidentally getting rid of my spare wheel when I didn't understand what someone else had asked me. He was watching out for me and as a young single woman who doesn't know much about cars and tires, I really appreciate that!!! It is very easy for mechanics and salesmen to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and no one there did that!! He also put the guarantee on my other three tires which I really appreciate! I am so grateful for their help and for them taking care of my car after they had closed for the evening! I know everyone there just wanted to get out of there and head home but they took care of me none the less! If I had to wait until this morning I wouldn't have had a way to get to work today! The salesman also took the time to explain to me why I needed new lug nuts with my new wheel. Despite blowing out my spare and spending a significant amount of money I had a really positive experience. This is why I have been a customer there since I was a teenager and had just started driving and why I chose to pay AAA to tow my car farther than my membership covers so that I could go to MY tire place??
