I ordered a meatball sub and the meatballs were over cooked. My sandwich was aweful

I hated it! I usually get the flatiza and they discontinued making them. Although they have flatbread there cheese and sauce so they could of made them but not call it a flatiza. Call it a pizza sub but they told me they couldn't do that!
