The ice machine wasn't working and they just had ice sitting in a bucket. People were putting their hands and cups in the ice instead of using the ice scoop. Made me want to vomit thinking about all the germs.

One of the workers seemed pretty clueless on how to work the cash register. It took quite a while to get through even though there was only 1 person ahead of us.
