Sherry is always nice...by herself today so long line... bread was odd today

our large order was ready when we got there however no one seemed to know how to ring it up. I paid online so that I hopefully did not hold up the lunch time line, but since the manager wasn't there initially the staff was guessing without guidance on how to put my order in the computer.
