I was left at the dealership for over an hour. When I called to get an update, they had none for me. The rep told me that her driver was missing. The dealership ended up taking me over to the shop since the enterprise was about to close and they did not want me to be stranded. Worst part is the dealership was walking distance. Had they notified me that they were running behind I would have found a way over there. The rep was was the only reason I would think about going to another. She was extremely friendly but the shop needs to look at how they are managed. I know the assistant manager was working with the rep. He needs more training on how to manage his teams.
