Subway

The Subway on Grand was where I went. The cashier was friendly and greeted me but was working with another employee at the cash register. She said I'll be right with you, but continued to work with the employee for several minutes more. I thought if a customer walks into the store they should pause whatever they were doing to help the customer and not make the customer wait until they were finished?

It was pleasant.
