In using the ticket kiosk the first one I used was out of paper and told me that I had to go to another machine to get my tickets. I would think that would be something that should be checked constantly. And, there was only 1 concession stand for all the theaters the really makes no sense. especially on a Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend.
