I chose enterprise because I worked there three or four summers ago as a service agent. Overall everything was great except I can tell whoever had the car before me was a smoker. The inside definitely smells, and as a former service agent I know that there should be an air freshener spray on the inside of the vehicle when it's cleaned and it doesn't smell like it was used. Again, all other aspects are/were fine
