We arrived and were told that our room had been sold on accident, but that we were being "upgraded". We got to the new room and found out that it was not in fact an upgrade and that we lost a bed in the process and the room smelled strongly of cigarettes when we specifically requested a nonsmoking room. We returned to the front desk and the host kindly found us another room that was smoke free and was the same type we requested. Overall, the stay was satisfactory for the price.

TV didn't work called front desk said they would come up but didn't make it went down to try to talk to get she was covered up checking people in never got helped. Bed was ok bathroom could've been cleaner
