Enjoyed my stay at this hotel!!!

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is wonderful, and professional. Especially, Pat!!!

I love staying at La Quinta. Had problems with the TV but staff resolved the issue.

This hotel has disappointed us the last two times we've stayed. This time it was loud, all night, and the cleanliness wasn't the greatest. We didn't receive much rest at all.

We always stay at this hotel when traveling through Birmingham. The staff there is phenomenal. Our problem this time, and this is a first for this hotel, there was body hair on the bed and in the bathroom. This has never happened before.

This LaQuinta has always been wonderful and the staff at the front desk are great; however, this stay I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. It wasn't dirty but there was entirely too much hair left on the bathroom counter, in the sink and in the shower from the previous occupants for my liking. Maybe the house keeping staff just had a bad day... The sheets were clean so I only informed the desk at checkout, otherwise I was have complained upon checking in.

Room smelled heavily of smoke, despite requesting a nonsmoking room. Front desk was understaffed.

First room had cat urine on the floor with powder covering it. The second room had a joint on the table. Hairs in the bed.
