They were upgrading the air so there was no air in the building during my stay. While taking a shower there was pubic hair on the wall of the shower. Both of those things really impacted my satisfaction with the stay. Crown Plazas are now nothing more than old hotels with new paint to try to cover up the cracks. Not impressed at all with any of the 3 that I have stayed at recently.
