I am going on a mission trip with the youth from my church. We rented three vans and the process was seamless. There were only three vans so there was no choice and they varied a bit - only 1 had a DVD player and another had satellite radio. It would have been nice if they were all equally equipped. That is my only complaint.

I only used them because my car had 3 recalls and gm paid for it
