The car I had was extremely dirty. I expressed this to the staff and was told it was the best they had. The woman told me she knew it was dirty. I tried calling the regional manager three separate occasions and left three separate voicemails and was never called back. I would never do business with enterprise again at any location because I believe every location is enterprise, not just one
